According to the forecasts of experts with whom RG spoke, if the law is adopted, the number of places where family jewelry can be donated will be significantly reduced. “According to the Ministry of Finance, over the year the number of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in such activities increased by more than a thousand and last year amounted to 5,635 individuals,” says Vladimir Gruzdev. – A significant part of non-ferrous metal scrap is accumulated in purchases, pawn shops, and commissions.
